The SmokeHouse - a Wood Fired Smoker for Meat & Fish!
This smoker is made in Czech Republic and consists of 3 parts: the firebox, the pipe, and the wooden smoking chamber. Hang the meat in the chamber and fire up the firebox with wood (for hot smoke) or chips (for cold smoke). The smoke then goes to the chamber through the pipe and smokes your meat to perfection.
The smoking chamber is made from spruce wood, all other parts are steel. Exterior of the spruce is stained, interior is not. Chimney has a damper and can be extended. The pipe and all chimney connections are 13cm in diameter - approx. 5.11". There is a T gauge next to the door from 0 to 120C.
The firebox is made from 4 mm sheet steel. It has a revolving door with air control.
Capacity of the smoking chamber is about 33 lb. Comes with 2 rods to hang the meat but does not come with hooks.
